Teaching You How To Apply An Anti-Racist, Culturally Competent, Health Equity, And Food Justice Focused Lens To Your Work.

Transform your practice in just six weeks.

Culture, Equity, Diversity, and Race (CEDAR) is a self-paced course that focuses on anti-oppression, anti-racism and cultural competency for nutrition professionals. Students will learn how to show up better, advance health equity, and learn ways we can collectively diversify dietetics. This is an action-oriented course where students are provided with real solutions that they can apply to their professional and personal lives to embody and work towards anti-racism truly. Dietitians are uniquely positioned to play an essential role within both the food and healthcare systems, and we must do the work to dismantle systems of oppression.
