The objective of this course is to help you develop a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food. It can be difficult to trust your body and your food choices as there are so many mixed messages out there that make eating confusing. Eating does not have to be complicated, and it is possible to strengthen your relationship with food and adopt more sustainable healthy eating practices.By taking the steps to better understand your cravings and emotional eating, you are learning to accept your feelings, identify the root causes of your emotional eating and cravings, and take control. Throughout this course, you will learn real-life strategies that you can use to help you overcome your emotional eating and cravings.

    This course is for anyone who wants to gain control of their emotional eating and build a better relationship with food.

  • Who is this course not for?

    This course is not suitable for anyone with a diagnosed eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia.

  • Can I work with you one on one with you as a dietitian?

    Unfortunately I do not work with individual clients. There is a section in the course that provides you with information on finding a dietitian and another health professional that can help you meet your needs.

  • Are there refunds available for the course?

    This is an online course and therefore, once you enroll there are no refunds available.

  • Can this course replace individual healthcare?

    This course is meant to help you and provide you with a good foundational to understand and address your emotional eating. However, this course is for informational purposes only. The content is not mean to be a substitute for individual medical, nutrition, or mental health advice.
